Military Science:  Leadership Education/ College Prep
This magnet program offers the only Marine Corps Junior ROTC program in North Florida. The primary focus of this program is developing good citizens and preparing them for further education. The program stresses academic excellence, respect for authority, developing self-esteem, accountability, and leadership. It promotes citizenship, discipline, patriotism and a strong work ethic. Students explore career opportunities offered by the various branches of the Armed Forces and receive extensive emphasis on preparation and opportunities for entry into institutions of higher learning. Cadets who successfully complete three credits in the program are eligible to enter the armed forces at up to two pay grades higher than other enlistees.

Military Science:  Aviation
The program includes a basic private-pilot ground school that can provide the opportunity to earn a private-pilot license. Training is supplemented with computer software and actual aircraft simulators. Cadets receive FAA-certified instruction and explore the many occupational specialties within the field of aviation. Students go on field trips to local military and commercial aviation facilities.
